All of our Hot w/o Heat products are shipped to you from the Netherlands.
With a secure, tracked shipping method: with this shipping option you will receive an email after we’ve printed your shipping label with your tracking link to follow your package until receipt.
If you are interested in the exact shipping cost for your country, you can check that at the shopping cart page by filling in your address and press ‘update’.
SHIPPING TIME
Netherlands: Ordered before 23:59 hour, delivered tomorrow. We also send packages on Sunday, so includes Monday delivery. (€ 3,99 | DHL)

Germany: Ordered before 22:30 hour, delivered in 2 business days. (€4,99 | DHL)
France: Ordered before 22:30 hour, delivered in 3 business days. (€8,99 | DHL)
Rest of Europe: 1-5 business days. (€8,99)
Rest of the world: 3-7 business days. (€22,99 | PostNL)
CUSTOMS
Customs fees, tariffs or duties are not included in pricing.
Orders shipped to non EU countries could be charged with customs fees upon arrival. Unfortunately, we cannot predict the extent of these costs, which are your responsibility. Please consult the local customs office to determine the amount of duties and taxes that will be charged on your package.
Please also note that we are unable to fulfill any request to declare your package for any value other than the total value paid at checkout.
REFUNT POLICITY
We do not accept any returns due to hygienic requirements and safety standards on all hair products. We can not check if the product is used or not, and can not afford to send the product to an other client when the tool is been used by maybe someone who has: lice, dander or greasy hair.
