Germany: Ordered before 15:00 hour, delivered in 2 business days. (€12,50 | DHL)

France: Ordered before 15:00 hour, delivered in 3 business days. (€8,99 | DHL)

Rest of Europe: 1-5 business days. (€8,99)

Rest of the world: 6-25 business days. (€49,99)

CUSTOMS

Customs fees, tariffs or duties are not included in pricing.
Orders shipped to non EU countries could be charged with customs fees upon arrival. Unfortunately, we cannot predict the extent of these costs, which are your responsibility. Please consult the local customs office to determine the amount of duties and taxes that will be charged on your package.

REFUND POLICITY

We do not accept any returns due to hygienic requirements and safety standards on all hair products. We can not check if the product is used or not, and can not afford to send the product to another client when the tool is been used by maybe someone who has: lice, dander or greasy hair.
